I didn't get to scan the pictures I had, so I'll have to do it when I come back.

Life isn't and wont be fair; it can be good; it can be cruel.
Instead of mulling around hating life and yourself for all the bad things that's happened spend time enjoying what you have while you have it.
And if you lose it? Thank god that you got to enjoy it for the time you had it and cherish those memories as your most precious possession.
Live life to its best with common sense because life is neither long nor short and always strive to be a good person.
Make your job something you love to do and not something you hate because that can kill you.
And most of all, its okay to have break downs. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.
